Easy Rituals For A Cosmically Smoother Day



1. Honor the Sun

Life on earth is impossible without the Sun. It is our natural Father and represents the Self, ego and our soul. It also signifies the power to meet everyday challenges that life brings forth.


When you first wake up, sit up in bed, close your eyes, face east if possible, the direction of the Sun, and honor it with the simple Sun mantra “Om Suryaya Namaha” either 11, 21 or 108 times.



2. Honor Your Food

Before eating anything – take a pause and thank and honor the people that were involved in order for this food to reach you.


Whether the farmers, the manufacturers, the supermarket workers, the person who cooked your meal (including yourself if it was you) and even Earth for supplying good soil in the ground and the rainfall needed for crops.


Chant Vishnu 3 times, i.e. Vishnu, Vishnu, Vishnu, a simple mantra offered to the deity that sustains us.



3. Align with the Powers of the Moon Mansion of the Day

Align with the powers of the Nakshatra (Moon mansion) of the day through sacred sound vibrations, by chanting it’s associated mantra 108 times to capitalize on the positive powers of the nakshatra.
