This post is just based on, what I learnt from Astro GK Sir!
I am just attempting to add a few more practical interpretations, as i understood from my Master ! Experts & Members may check & comment to further the understanding please
Thithishunya Rashi - Primarily indicates Forefathers/ Pitri's Curse & Pain ! It may be noted that those born in Purnima/ Amavasya do not suffer Thithishunya !
The Pain of our Pitris get transmitted through Thithishunya Rashis ! The Planets placed therein ,fail to give their effects!
Thithi Shunya effects are more Subjective-like Relationship - Progeny oriented - Dont affect Material Significations like wealth/ income etc
If there are no planets in Thithishunya - Good - No denial of fruits - but It's delivery after some pain .
Thithishunya is Stronger than the Masa Shunya ( The month of birth - not auspicious for Shubh Karya like Marriage)
TS Rashis indicate one's desire !!!
Ex : Pratipada Thithi born : Libra/ Capricorn - The 7H/10H of KPC indicates More Desire towards Relationship+ Profession
Ashtami : Gemini & Virgo in TS - Indulgence in constant communication+Talkative
Karana Lord ( Panchanga)- KL is the Karya Karta for execution !
If the KL is in TS - He helps in the fructification of desires - Neutralises the TS effects
Malefics / Bhadakesh ,in Thithishunya are welcome - Maleficience is reduced ( its like the curse of a fake Guru - no strong impact)
Malefic in TS if in Retrograde- Still better !!
Malefic in TS - Pardoned of Sins !!
Benefics in TS will cease to do good!!
Major Impact of Thithishunya

2.Pain & Insults in the matters/ Profession relating to TS Rashis.

4. Thithishunya effects are more Virulent for the Natived born in Chaturdashi !
All the 4 corners of the KPC chart- Dual signs 3/6/9/12 are impacted !
( No gainsaying ,these are the signs indicating KAPD ! The dual signs are indicative of the Jeevas - with human qualities like a Serpant etc !
Harming Such Animals / Serpents by torture- killing - The concerned Natives get to take birth with these TS in Dual signs !
After all Chaturdashi is never considered for any Auspicious Muhurtha! )
5. Normally 8L is a Dire Malefic - He is good in TS .

TS in 5&8th Houses is sure to give Painful Experience through Progeny .Need to be Extra careful during Pregnancy

1. 7H is TS with 9L therein who is in parivartana with 7L - it will give Marrige & children .But the spouse may not be interested in getting a child - delays ,if not the Native after its birth may stay away from his child ( like working Abroad/ Army etc )
Even Lord RAMA - Had this & suffered the above
2.If 5&8 H are TS for both - The Man should support his spouse 100% .
We ( My own case) both have TS in 2/5/8/11- Chaturdashi born ! Progeny after some pain -8 years - That too because of Gods Grace & Benign Karna Lord Jupiter ! A Wonderful Girl child

Respecting the Parents throughout your life ( irrespective of their nature) is the primary duty
Parents & Guru should bless with their heart out - they should feel pleased 100%
Pitri Karma / Worship of the departed pitris on Amavasya & Purnima
Worship & Snan in Holy places like Rameshwaram/ Kashi/ Prayag / Badrinath/ Gaya etc.
Prayers to Lord Ganesha - The most dutiful son
